100% Guarantee of Satisfaction
Non-Tobacco Products:
If you are not 100% satisfied with any non-tobacco product that you purchased from MyDiscountCigar you may return it in original condition within 10 days of the date it was received for full credit or refund. After this period, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit.
Cigars:
If you are not 100% satisfied with any box of cigars that you purchase from MyDiscountCigar after you have tried one (1) you may return them within 10 days of the date it was received for full credit or full refund. If you try more than one (1) cigar and you decide that they are not to your liking and return them, you will receive credit or refund for the amount of cigars returned, minus shipping costs. This policy only applies to full box purchases, not 5 packs. If you return any 5 pack, you will be credited for the amount of cigars returned, minus shipping costs. After this 10 day period, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit.
Free Promotional Items:
All defective free/promotional items must be returned by customer at customer cost. Replacement will be issued when it is received.
Directions for Returns:
Please call our Customer Service Department, or email to info@mydiscountcigar.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. When returning merchandise, please repack the item carefully and return it using trackable mail such as Fedex or UPS. Shipping expenses are the customer's responsibility. Box must be labelled with an "RA number". Any box returned without an RA# will be rejected. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If your favorite brand is not listed, please call us toll free. We are unable to list all cigar, tobacco and accessory products.
Cigar of the Month Club Memberships
All early Cigar of the Month Club cancellations will be subject to a $40 cancellation fee. No exceptions will be made. It is the customer's responsibility to notify MyDiscountCigar.com of an address change. MyDiscountCigar.com will not be responsible for packages delivered to old/wrong addresses.
